This is the perfect spring /summer dress for little girl. This dress has been upcycled from a scarf. The fringe bottom adds to this dress. Wear it with leggings or on it’s own. Wear it to school, the beach and more. The style of the dress is inspired by the fabric so every garment is a one-of-a-kind piece. The length of each piece may vary as I look to incorporate the border design or trim into the final dress.
